At SENPING, manufacturing is not just about running machines—it’s about solving real problems for our customers. Over the years, we’ve learned that many buyers don’t always need something completely new. Sometimes, they just want a product that performs the same as what they are using now, but at a more competitive cost. That’s exactly where our team comes in.
Our R&D and technical staff work closely with incoming samples. In many cases, customers send us a piece of tape with very little background information. We take it apart, test it, and try different formulations until we get close to the same performance. From there, we look for ways to optimize the structure or materials to help reduce overall cost. This process isn’t rushed—it’s based on actual trials and adjustments.
Right now, Our tape production center run 7 production lines with a total team of 85 people. Most of them—65 workers—are directly involved in production. We also have 9 people handling quality checks, 4 in R&D, and a small sales team of 7 who stay in touch with customers daily. It’s not a large company, but the structure is clear, and everyone knows their role.
Inside the factory, we’ve built up a full set of equipment over time. This includes extrusion machines, coating lines, mixing equipment like internal mixers and open mills, as well as slitting and cutting machines. For testing, we use tools such as density meters and viscosity testers. Supporting equipment like ovens, industrial refrigerators, film blowing machines, and laminating machines are also part of our daily operation. Having these in-house makes a big difference when it comes to consistency.
Each production line can produce close to 10,000 rolls per day under normal conditions. That gives us enough flexibility to handle both regular orders and urgent requests. When customers are working with tight timelines, this capacity really helps.
Our annual sales are around 5 million USD. It’s a steady business, built step by step. We don’t try to overpromise—just focus on making products that meet expectations, keeping quality stable, and delivering on time.
Glue Traps
At SENPING, our glue traps production center is built around one simple idea: keep things reliable, practical, and consistent for our customers. Over the years, we’ve put together a team that understands both the technical side of adhesive products and the real needs of the market. From early design to final packaging, everything is handled in-house, which helps us keep quality steady and lead times under control.
Our facility is supported by a well-balanced team. In total, we have around 80 staff members, including 62 production workers who manage daily manufacturing, 8 quality inspectors who check products at different stages, 4 people focused on R&D, and 6 in sales who stay in close contact with customers. This structure allows us to respond quickly when clients need adjustments or have specific requirements.
In terms of production capacity, we run 8 main production lines along with 2 dedicated packaging lines. On a normal day, output can reach close to 200,000 pieces, which means we’re able to handle both large-volume orders and urgent shipments without too much difficulty. Many of our customers appreciate this flexibility, especially during peak seasons.
Our workshop is equipped with a range of machines that cover the full process. These include glue coating machines, release paper laminating machines, high-speed double-sided laminating machines, automatic film rolling machines, packaging machines, die-cutting machines, and paper cutting machines. Each piece of equipment plays a role in keeping production smooth and efficient. More importantly, our operators are familiar with these machines and know how to keep them running properly.
Quality control is something we take seriously, but we try to keep it practical rather than complicated. Materials are checked before production, samples are reviewed during the process, and finished goods are inspected before packing. This routine helps us avoid common issues and ensures the products meet customer expectations.
Over the past few years, our annual sales have reached nearly 4 million USD. While we’re not the biggest manufacturer in the industry, we focus on being dependable. For us, it’s less about scale and more about delivering what we promise—stable quality, reasonable pricing, and on-time delivery.

Infrared Ceramic Plate
SENPING runs a dedicated production center for infrared ceramic plates, where daily work is focused on getting the basics right—stable quality, steady output, and reliable delivery. Over the years, we’ve built up a team that understands the process from raw material to finished product, and that experience shows in the way we handle orders.
The branch has a total of 60 staff. Among them, 42 people work directly on the production floor, keeping the lines running and handling each step carefully. Our quality inspection team has 8 members who check products during and after production, rather than only at the end. We also have 4 people in R&D, mainly working on improving formulas and solving practical issues, and a 6-person sales team that communicates closely with customers.
At present, the factory operates 4 production lines. The setup is not overly complicated, but it is stable and efficient for our current scale. We are equipped with a range of machines, including vibrating screens, kneaders, presses, drying rooms, and kilns. For finishing, we use bottom grinding machines, edge cutting machines, edge pressing machines, and bench drills. Most of the work is done in-house, which helps us keep better control over both quality and lead time.
Our daily output is close to 20,000 pieces. This allows us to respond quickly when customers have urgent orders or need regular supply. In many cases, customers care just as much about delivery time as they do about product performance, so we try to keep both in balance.
Annual sales are close to USD 3 million. We are not aiming to be the biggest factory, but rather a steady and dependable one. Many of our customers come back with repeat orders, which, in our view, is a more practical measure of how things are going.
