Single sided EVA foam tape consists of a closed cell EVA foam layer with a hot melt rubber adhesive on one face. The closed-cell structure limits moisture and dust ingress – water absorption stays below 0.5% after 24 hours. The adhesive grabs clean metal, plastic, wood, and glass, developing a peel strength of 1.0 kg per 25mm width. We offer thicknesses from 1mm to 10mm and slit widths as narrow as 3mm. The foam compresses under load but rebounds reliably, with a compression set under 15% at 50°C. Temperature range is –10°C to 80°C, making it suitable for window sealing, equipment cushioning, and automotive trim attachment. For extended outdoor exposure, choose the black grade which handles UV better.

HOW TO USE

• Clean the surface – isopropyl alcohol works well.
• Let it dry fully.
• Cut tape to length with scissors or a knife.
• Peel off the liner and press the adhesive side down.
• Apply firm pressure – use a hand roller or flat block.
• Wait 24 hours before heavy loading or outdoor exposure.
