Custom printed caution tape starts as a 30–500 micron LDPE roll — the kind that stretches a bit instead of snapping in the wind. Customer could tell us what to print: hazard labels, lane numbers, company brand, even arrow stripes for race tracks. We run solvent-based ink into the plastic, not on top, so dragging it across gravel won’t take the letters off. For purpose of underground marking tape ,usually use thickness 100mic above. And 50mic for traffic or safety issue. We’ve also made custom barrier tape for helicopter landing pads and custom warning tape for gas line contractors.

How to Use:

• Open the carton and shrinkage packing
• Unroll the Custom printed caution tape.
• For the use on the ground, Tie a loop around cones, posts, or rebar stakes.
• Underground use: lay tape 6–12” above pipes or cables, printed side facing up so any excavator sees the warning first.

A: Yes, send a vector file (AI or PDF). One color logo costs less to print.

Q: How does the buried tape work?
A: For non detectable version, Put the tape above the pipeline, when dig, will find the tape in advance  , for detectable version, use a metal detector.
